I've called AT&T multiple times about being unable to activate Wifi calling on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. It says I need to contact AT&T to allow Wifi calling on this account when I try to activate it. As a background, the number that is having this issue was the "owner" of an AT&T Microcell years ago, left AT&T, then came back in the last year.
