May 31, 2009 · I only noticed this becasue all my other units shut off the compressor at 125PSI and would kick on at 100 PSI. I have heard this "POP" sound on other trucks and figure it is a bad Governor on the Air Compressor. Any suggestions before calling or going into the Shop! 2010 FreightlinerCascadia with DD15 engine.
