Esri field maps

In our organization, Field Maps will be deployed to about 10 shared iOS devices through MDM. Users would sign to Field Maps with ArcGIS Enterprise Portal account credentials from Active Directory server. Currently in testing with Field Maps on an iPad Pro with iOS 15.3.1, signing out and closing/killing the app doesn't really sign out.

I am currently looking at Microsoft Surface Pro to use out in the field for data collection with Field Maps. While I have a workstation in the office, I would like to be able to utilize the Surface for use of ArcGIS Pro. I am aware of the specs recommended for use of the program, which include 16gb of RAM or more and a dedicated graphics card.An alternative can be to use a SanDisk external drive with USB C and Apple flash connections.
