We own the Lenovo Yoga 7-14ITL5 Laptop - Type 82BH, and the Lenovo support team denied the repair and said they don't make out-of-warranty exceptions for faulty hinges unless it's right after the warranty expires. This is obviously a known-issue, as the rep admitted to over the phone, yet Lenovo chooses not to stand behind their product.
