Plex naming convention

I follow the Plex naming convention, and for years I've had little-to-no issues with Plex grabbing the metadata from TVDB. But lately a few TV series I've added have failed to grab the names of every episode, leaving a couple of them as "Episode 7," etc. The Plex Dance doesn't always solve this issue, nor does manually forcing a metadata refresh.
